Directions

Take the main entrance to Lake Barkley State Resort Park off route 68/80. Go 2 miles, turn left at crossroads onto Blue Springs Road. Go past Parkview Cottages, bear right at Mt. Pleasant Church, follow the winding road past Blue Springs Estates to Sutherland Winds. Turn left into Sutherland Winds. Follow the gravel road to the "T". Turn right on Channel Court. Inn is on the left.

*We are a No-Smoking Inn and in consideration of other guests we cannot accomodate small children or pets.

Room Rates begin at $100 per night.  A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Room rates are subject to 6% KY sales tax and 3% local tax. Prices are subject to change. Visa and Mastercard are gladly accepted.

Cancellation Policy: A 7-day notification is required on all reservations. A 21-day notification is required on reservations of the entire Inn. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations of shorter notice.

We are located in a dry county, but if you would like to enjoy your favorite glass of wine or other beverage, feel free to bring your own.
